After serving 10 years in the British army as a fitness instructor Rob Elton decided to set up a personal training business using the best training he had learnt. Since then, Rob has built a team of personal trainers, who are all currently based at House of Fitness.

Mark is the owner of House of Fitness, and has been a part of the industry for over 20 years.
Mark makes no secret of the fact that opening up his own gym has been a lifelong dream of his, and in September 2014 that dream came true!
Having trained at dozens of top gyms in both the UK and USA, alongside some very experienced and well known people, I feel I have a great understanding of what does, and doesn't work, and know how to help you achieve your goals.
For me, results come from hardworking, enjoyment and most importantly, having a personal trainer who can see you as an individual, designing your program around you needs and aspirations.
